Not for your to-do list. Not for your performance. For you — the person underneath all of it.
You don't need to be in crisis. You don't need to have it all figured out. But you do need to be willing to slow down, look inward and take your own experience seriously.
A career change, a relationship shift, a life transition — something is ending or beginning and you want to navigate it with more clarity and intention.
You're doing all the right things, but something feels hollow. You've been so focused on achieving or caring for others that you've stopped listening to yourself.
Perfectionism, people pleasing, overthinking, control — you can see the patterns, but knowing about them isn't enough to change them.
n your work, your relationships or your own life — you want to show up with more presence, less reactivity and a clearer sense of who you are.
THE APPROACH
Co-Active coaching is one of the most widely used and researched coaching models in the world. At its core is a simple but radical premise: you are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. You already have what you need. My job isn't to fix you or give you answers — it's to help you access what's already there.
That means we work with all of you — not just your thoughts and goals, but your emotions, your body, your values and the stories you tell yourself. We slow down enough to notice what's actually happening beneath the surface, and we use that awareness to create real, lasting change.
Sessions are conversational, not prescriptive. There's no homework unless it serves you. No five-step formula. Just honest, focused attention on what matters most to you right now.

WHAT TO EXPECT
We meet, you share what's going on, I coach you for about 15-20 minutes. No pitch, no pressure — just an honest conversation about whether coaching makes sense for you right now.
We go deeper into what you want from coaching, what's getting in the way and what success looks like for you. This session sets the foundation for everything that follows.
We meet regularly — typically every two weeks — and work on whatever is most alive for you. Sessions are focused, but not rigid. We follow what matters.
Real change happens in life, not just in sessions. I may offer practices, reflections or experiments to try between our calls — always optional, always in service of what you're working on.
The free discovery call is exactly that — a conversation. No commitment, no pitch. Just a chance to meet and see if this feels right.
